It can be anyone, it’s a very dynamic position!
I wonder though, do they switch them around based on current necessities? Are they “three-timing” and everyone is told that they’re the fifth member, unaware of the existence of the others? I guess we’ll never know.
Much cheaper than hiring more staff to cover shifts.
