In addition to a number of extremely harmful world leaders, CEOs, billionaires, rightwing “thought leaders”, and politicians… I definitely would be tempted to go scorched earth.

I probably would settle to just make the leaders of certain movements shame themselves publicly and so thoroughly before their death that those movements end from sheer embarrassment.
