It’s a sad time when artists’ paintings look like AI art
The artists artworks date back more than 5 years. So I would rather day the AI pictures looks like the artists art.
Naw their older art did not have the ai look, it’s a modern technique they call ‘rendering’ where they try to do a lot of color blending and shadows & highlight shine which appears in AI a lot by default with lazy prompting
Oh, are you one of those kind of AI boosters, who claim AI in the hands of someone more talented, would produce “gems” instead of slop?

This is a style I’ve loved since long before genAI got to a decent standard. Besides which, AI was trained specifically on styles like this, so saying “artists paintings look like AI” is the opposite way to go about it.
Likely one of the artists the AI developers chose as their default style…
No this is not chosen it’s mushed training, bad prompting. They literally dump all the artworks online into training
