As others said, they squish a lot. They almost always use the softest material of bad dragon (they have a bunch of firmness levels). When it goes in the back hole it’s bendy enough to make it around corners. In the front hole often times it just squishes down or sometimes even folds over on itself while inside.

It’s also worth pointing out it’s not a mental disorder, it’s a developmental disorder, it just tends to also have co-current mental disorders. People with autism are not automatically mentally ill (not that there is anything wrong with that).
