Reaching so far to avoid science accountability is how we got here.

This building blowing up was possible because of scientists. It isn’t hard to understand.

Who made the bombs, the targetting systems, the deliver mechanisms, refined the chemicals, built the manufacturing systems, built the guidance systems, the satellites, the cameras, the entire technological logistics systems that empower them to do this?

Science must be held responsible for the empowerment of psychopaths whose violent use of technology and scientific insights is completely predictable and a matter of historic record.

Your legs must be very strong to have made such a great leap in reasoning.

But science builds the machines of war. Science unlocks the power inevitably used by those leaders to make war. Scientists are not free from responsibility just because they don’t pull the trigger. They enable the building of the entire gun. At what point to scientists say ‘no more’ and refuse to continue to empower these leaders?

Science is also how they can cause such devastation. Maybe all you scientists should stop empowering the assholes who murder people?
