2·1 month agoMandrake was the first one I got running somewhat decently on my system at the time. I can’t even remember which version. I’m pretty sure it fit on a single floppy. I don’t think I ever got networking working on it worth a damn (and it would have been a POTS line and modem at that time anyway). Gentoo would be my next major pivot. Good memories.
I also had another redhat that I got around the same time as Mandrake that worked less well on my hardware.
Jellyfish tastes OK. It’s more a texture than a flavor. I have no idea which species I’ve been served. Why, yes, I do live in eastern Asia where something trying to be inedible to humans is taken as a personal affront.
