I think I prefer having to tile my windows with Super+Arrow keys to be honest. I doubt Hyprland will know what I run in the different terminal windows and therefore can’t automagically tile them in the quarters I want them.
But I haven’t tried it, been too satisfied with KDE Plasma to look further at Wayland desktops.


I imagine that they don’t care for the small segment of users that can install another OS. Even if they stay at Windows we probably hamper and sabotage the telemetry/adware parts of the OS and become less profitable.
When looking at their Q4 earnings the Windows and Devices and Advertisement revenue should be high enough to warrant some effort. That effort is probably to increase the Advertisement revenue though.

Was kinda expected after Nvidia invested in Intel.
Nvidia Corp. agreed to invest $5 billion in Intel Corp. and said the two will co-develop chips for PCs and data centers, a surprise move to help prop up an ailing archrival that sent Intel shares soaring.
Nvidia will buy Intel common stock at $23.28 per share, the two companies said on Thursday. Intel will use Nvidia’s graphics technology in upcoming personal computer chips and also provide its processors for data center products built around Nvidia hardware.
