Of all of the Apollo astronauts only one was a scientist.

Out of the entirety of the Apollo missions we got one scientist on the moon. It’s pretty clear whether US governments intentions lay.

The percentage of scientists to non-scientists is depressingly low.

There is a much higher quality version of the second image on NASA’s website. I think the reason the second image has so much colour ranges because it was taken in log, but that’s just a normal SLR camera feature. I think there’s even a way of getting my phone to take pictures in log, it just uses a lot of memory so it’s not on by default

It’s found in plants and bacteria so it’s not actually exclusively plants which is why in most countries you’re not allowed to use it as a weed killer.

So does it go after organic tissue or not, because last time I checked I’m pretty certain that plants are organic. No one has plants in their stomach either. What a prat.

I had a beer once that had been put in the freezer and then forgotten about and it did sort of frozen and exploded at the same time. So I got it out of the freezer and put it on the side and it thawed out over the course of the next day but it tasted awful afterwards. It was probably out on the side for 4 or 5 hours before I came home from work, saw that it is now finally defrosted, and put it in the fridge. So that’s a very fat turnaround.

Do they even vaccinate against polio anymore I’m pretty sure I’ve never had a polio vaccine and I am pretty sure it’s extinct isn’t it?

I knew someone who utterly refused to believe that dinosaurs weren’t the first organisms in existence. He literally thought it was dinosaurs, then there was an asteroid impact and then basically humans arrived about 10 minutes later.

People have absolutely no understanding of the immense amount of time that has existed before we came along.

Mind he also gave me that whole if earth was 1 cm closer to the sun, we would all burn up malarkey, so maybe he’s just an idiot.

Well you can’t have butterflies escaping into nature. They’ll wreak havoc by pollinating everything.
